| Blog Entry Generated New Business
We’d been looking for a laid-back way
to showcase our expertise and deepen our relationships
with customers.
A daily blog about subjects related to the services we offer and
other topics of interest to customers seemed like a great way to
do it.
But we knew that if we simply created a blog and expected people
to find it on their own, the effort wouldn’t amount to much.

Email Newsletter
Email newsletters can be effective sales tools, if executed properly.
If not, they can be more than a tremendous waste of time—they

your message to your customers and prospects on a regular basis
at a very low cost. The big challenge lies in creating content
that will motivate prospects to open, read, and respond to your
newsletter (not to mention SPAM and deliverability issues).

How to Get Them Buzzing to Your Site
With paid search listings, everyone from tiny niche e-tailers to large
online stores can acquire customers for mere pennies.

is through their Web searches.
After all, most consumers looking to make a purchase online start with
a keyword search. So why splatter ads all over the Internet -- and risk
